Supporting our work
LIB aims to be self financing in the flowers displays we sell and the sponsorship packages we offer. This means that the Liskeard business community is a direct stakeholder in all aspects of our work. Any surplus from sales or sponsorship are reinvested into our town centre regeneration work. We have full Public Liability and Employer’s Liability Insurance arranged through the Royal Horticultural Society to cover any damages arising out of our work.
Hanging Baskets
Our simplest and most popular solution to those businesses wanting to be part of the annual Bloom displays. We survey your premises for a suitable fixing point, install a wrought iron bracket and you’re ready to receive one of our award-winning flower displays. The price includes all weeding, feeding, watering and replacement of dead or damaged flowers. Download a flyer here to get the detail .
Sponsorship
If you don’t have a high street presence in the town but still want your name to be seen, think about sponsoring a floral display on The Parade or by the roundabout on Dean Street. High visibility areas with high footfall in the town centre. Download details here.
Fundraising opportunities for you
You may prefer to take a more collaborative approach to funding your flower displays. Some of our customers run their own in-store fundraising activities to pay for their flower displays. We can introduce you to our most successful self-funder who can pass on their hints and tips. Otherwise, have a look at this flyer with some simple ideas you can use or adapt for your own business. Welcoming new business
We make a personal visit to every new business that opens up in the town and gift them a pot of flowers. It’s our way of say ‘Welcome’ and we’re glad you’re here. (and of course, if you’d like to become one of our sponsors or customers . . . .)
